• Food was great or okay.
• Staff was terrible about in because of gift certificate I ask for $10^99 or 100 digits in cash for the amount he did not have not at all.

“Awful food and grungy restaurant. The place is falling apart, and our ribs were cold after waiting 35 minutes. No apologies ever saw a manager.”

• Food great, tea in little cups, great service and atmosphere!
• It is a bit pricy compared to other places.

• Reminds me of my college days at ISU. Gondolas and pizza, burgers and their bread is tops.
• They do not have an Avanti's in Orlando.

“This was the number one place to eat while I was a student at ISU 30+ years ago. I was overjoyed when my son enrolled at ISU, giving me an excuse to go to Normal and eat at Avanti's more often. The waitresses are pretty much all very cute college girls, and the food is just like I remembered from my own college days. The service is great, prices are still close to what they were 30 years ago, and the food is outstanding. Their bread is absolutely out of this world. I recently moved to Orlando and next month I'm flying back to Illinois to attend a Conference at the Chicago O'Hare Marriott. However I'm going to fly into Bloomington-Normal instead of O'Hare, which will give me 2 opportunities to eat at Avanti's. Once right after I land and once just before I hop a plane back to Florida.”

• The entire restaurant is non-smoking which is great. They have comfortable booth or tables for choice. The food was amazing and the service was great.
• Parking is hard to find on a busy night.
