  • Service is always friendly. Steaks are great.
  • Men do not remove their caps. Embarrassing to bring out of town guests.

  • Can't think of anything.

“I like to go on Thursdays for the polo loco it is the best in town! My husband always gets taco, burrito, and enchilada special!”

  • Restrooms were fairly clean.
  • Rude employee¿s poor food.

  • My steak was very good!
  • The problem with the live bug in the salad was not handled well.

“We were having a meal at the hideout in Marion, Illinois. The food was good. However, there was a live bug in my wife's salad. So I told the waitress and thought she would tell the manager. She did not. So later, I called the restaurant and talked with a manager. He apologized and said that he would send me some coupons for food and hoped I would give them another chance. Well, the coupons never came either.”
