  • Excellent food and service.
  • Maybe newer dinner ware?

“Love this place! I wanted to let the owners know that the Penguin Tap in Peoria Heights just went out of business and I sure wish we could convince Kenyon's to open a second restaurant here in Peoria Heights! The people in our village love food and I just know you would be busy here, too!”

  • Complimentary corn fritters (1 each) are the best ever. Buy extras take home.
  • There really wasn't anything negative to speak of; I was too busy enjoying the food and company at my table. .

“It is well worth the drive to Kenyon's Place in Lacon, Illinois. I can't say enough about the taste of the food, the variety, and the service is top notch, too. Also the corn fritters that are made on site are awesome. They are the best corn fritters that I have ever tasted. You get complimentary fritters 1 each, but you can order more to take home. Delicious. Their special desserts are excellent too. I just wish this restaurant was closer. .”
