“The Saturday night bartender is not very nice. With the bar having a less than 10 people in it. It took at least 10 minutes to get a beer. She was rude too busy gossiping with the her buddies. Other nights like a weds or a Tuesday the bartenders are nice and the service is good.”

• I liked that there was no crowd.
• The bartender was not nice.

“Saturday night the bar is empty (Three People) and wait over 10 minutes for a beer. It was the worse bar experience I have ever had. However, when other staff is working it is fast beers and much better service. Avoid Saturdays early. If you are a Northwestern student cheap beers during the Week.”

• Great bread and wine. Most of the staff is very pleasant.
• Very dirty and surly service from someone who appears to be an owner.

“We've been going to this restaurant for years, but the last time I was there the place was so dirty that it was hard to enjoy my meal. While I realize they were extremely busy, the floor was so dirty that I wondered what the kitchen must look like. In addition, the older blonde woman who has worked there for years has become more and more surly. If she doesn't like her job, I wish she'd find another one.”

• chocolate martini yummy...yum, yum!!!! Great service.....
• nothing I can recall.......

“I was born in Evanston in 1950. Went back for family business and pleasure. My grandmother and grandfather owned and resided at a home at 805 Sherman Avenue for over 50 years. Retired in 1986 to Hollywood, Florida. Your staff was incredibly friendly and your chocolate martini's and steak fajitas were fabulous. Thanks for the memories..........”
