“Chef John's is one of the best secrets in the Peoria area. Everything on the menu is a winner, especially the macaroni and cheese fit for a king, an Alfred style pasta with parmesan region. The cosine is mostly American, although there are some Thai dishes in the appetizers menu, such as pad Thai and curry. For the less adventurous, the clock tower burger is a surefire way to go. There is also a small number of children's dishes, for finicky eaters. The bar, which is separate from the dining area, has a lounge with a jukebox, and there is an enclosed upstairs dining area with an elevator lift. The whole restaurant is a gem, and more Peoria's should discover it.”
