  • The food was amazing.
  • The service was just okay. Servers didn't give you much personal attention.

“We asked the hotel desk clerk, If you were going to get real Chicago-style deep dish pizza, where would you go? He quickly replied, Gino's, now resting in it's second home on Wells Street, is perfect for anyone who wants to experience authentic Chicago dining. The beer list is formidable, the atmosphere great, and, of course, the deep dish pizza is AMAZING. A little pricey but two people still couldn't finish it but completely worth it. I'll never go to Chicago again without visiting Gino's!”

  • There is a great waitress there, I like because she treats you like you are somebody very caring.
  • Hostess and day Manager are the worst. The older lady with blond hair in front.

“Good Apple Pancake (sometimes) I've had them several times one from the other is different. I'm sorry and then cold, bacon is always cold.”

  • Food, service and the old style atmosphere.
  • Nothing really.

“Nice local place with a great menu selection. Lots to choose from. Service and food were both great. Atmosphere is interesting - reminiscent of an upscale family dinner from years ago.”

“OMG we love this place. The wait staff is so funn. We love the sassy service. It's just so funny! As server in a finer diner it is so nice to see wait staff give back what they get from the guest. We come here mostly for the laughs. But the food is dam good too.”

  • Unprofessional and rude customer service personnel.

“I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone. The customer service is poor. Very bad, unprofessional, and deceitful customer service. I do not recommend Reggio's Pizza to anyone.”
