  • The ice in my drink was cold.
  • The service was horrible.

“It has some of the worst customer service I have ever had or seen. Been there two (2) times now. The first time we went in to eat. We got our drinks and placed our order, after that we did not see the waitress again until it was time to pay. I went to the counter to get drink refills and to go boxes. The second time we called in the order. I looked up coupons on pizzahut.com. I found one for two (2) medium pizzas for 15.99 any way you want them. I placed the order and explain the coupon to Marcia. When we picked the order up we had to pay 24.43 (ticket number 251 3012000003, 02/02/2007, 7:36pm) because we did not bring the coupon. They could care less. I have reported this to pizzahut.com and I am "holding my breath" for a response.”
