“I rate a restaurant on the quality of the food and the price. I travel 10 states for my job. I have to say that the T-Bone in this restaurant was the worst steaks I have eaten in many years. After attempting to cut through the gristle and fat, there was probably 5 oz of meat. And at over $18 bucks for the steak, it was not a good deal. I complained to the waitress and showed her the mass of mess left on my plate. I asked her if she saw any meat in what was left and she said no and it looked like I got a bad cut of meat. I was offered a discount but I refused it. If I complain on a meal I have my reason and I dont want it to look like I am complaining just to get a discount. Also the restaurant needs to offer a soup in place of a salad if it is requested. I requested a soup instead of a salad and I was told it would add 3.50 extra on the bill.”

- The sweet tea and rolls.
- Everything else.
“My experience at Logan's Roadhouse of Albany was terrible. When my husband and I entered, we were greeted and promptly sat; in a dark, cold area in the back of the restaurant. It took our waitress about 10 minutes to even acknowledge that we were there. We got sweet teas for our drink. It was delicious. My husband ordered a 12oz rib eye, medium, with macaroni and cheese and baked beans. Well after about 43 minutes, yes I was watching the time, our food came out. To our dismay, all of it was overcooked and cold. We had to send back everything. The second try at it, everything was hot, but the steaks were once again, overcooked. So giving it just one more chance, we sent the steaks back. The third time was the charm.”

- I'm positive that I won't be going back to the Logans in Albany.
- Spoiled meat. No response from mgr and waitress didn't follow thru.
“Today in the Albany restaurant, I ordered teriyaki steak, vegetable skewer & sweet potato. The sweet potato was excellent. The vegetables were not even warmed thru but I take responsibility for that because I usually ask for them to be grilled extra time and I was talking today and forgot to do that. But the problem was with the steak. I took one bite and it didn't taste good at all but when I tried the 2nd bite, I knew that something was wrong with the meat. I cut off a piece and had my lunch companion smell the meat and she agreed that the meat was bad. We told the waitress. She said she would handle it. Nothing was done. She brought the check and I paid the full amt. I told her again that the meat was bad and she said she thought the mgr had been over and we told her she had not. She still had not come not had the waitress come back when we had to leave. So basically, I bought a $12 sweet potato and a little of ill will and hard feelings towards logins. My friends, family and I eat at logins very often but Im sure you know that I dont' intend to go back and if I don't then my family won't either. I had been pretty much making my friends go because they said that every time they go there, ya'll are out of something once it was sweet potatoes, once it was salad, once it was lemon. So without me convincing the group to go there, you will lose that business also. I was not saying my steak was bad to get a free or discounted meal. I ordered it and even it I couldn't eat it, I paid for it. My complaint is the way it was ignored when I said that I had bad meat. I am not usually one to contact a manager, and in this case I certainly don't intend to call the manager since that it who didn't come to check on the status of the meat in the first place. However, I thought someone with Logans might like to have this information. If you don't want to know, sorry for the bother. It doesn't matter to me now because I don't intend to go back. We have longhorn, Texas star and outback if I want steak. We also have Ryans and golden corral that serve decent steaks and I have never had spoiled meat at any of these places but as I said, it was more the fact that I reported the meat to the waitress I did not eat the meat a bill for the full amount was presented and paid I reported again to the waitress and she said that the manager was going to come over and did not. This is just for your records if you are interested. I'm sure that for every upset customer you have more that are happy so it may not matter to you. I didn't eat the meat, so Im not going to be sick. So do what you wish with this information.”

- The awesome cooking.
- It is a little dark inside.
“I love el rancho because of the warm, family-like atmosphere that it has. I also like it because you get great, friendly service and awesome Mexican food. You can walk in and everything looks homey and inviting. I think it is a wonderful family restaurant. He was a perfect gentleman, and I thought that it was neat that a little kid was learning a trade so early in life. I highly recommend this establishment if you enjoy great Mexican atmosphere and cooking.”

- I enjoyed the service my waiter was very up beat and nice to me and my husband which he received a generous tip very generous tip for his great service.
- Nothing!!!!!!!!
“My restaurant experience at Logan steakhouse was wonderful even though we came in on one of the busiest nights me and my husband still received top notch service. The food was great our service was excellent our waiter was a tall young man, he himself handled everything well from greeting us as soon as we sat down. He just did everything a waiter should do and the manager was a lady she came around and made sure we were ok. So my experience at this particular restaurant was good very good and I will come back.”
