• Pizza.
• Unwillingness to prepare a dish from scratch (chicken fingers).

“We frequent the Riverside establishment often and originally the chicken fingers were of top quality and could not be duplicated anywhere at anytime. Recently, this restaurant has started serving this dish after it has sat under the hot lights and or places them in the microwave oven which ruins them. They dry out easily and the juices congeal and its obvious they have been microwaved. One just doesn't cook steaks or pizza and let it sit until its ordered. It should be prepared when ordered and brought absolutely hot. We have asked that they be prepared from scratch then to watch the kitchen personnel immediately place them in the microwave totally destroying this delicious dish. We are very disappointed.”

• Cheap drinks.
• Dirty, unfriendly & poor service.

“My wife and I stopped for a drink, we are in our 50s. My wife did not have her ID so she was refused service. Later we were told that we had to leave. When I pointed out that it was obvious that we were both over 50 we were told, if you don't like it, don't come back". We will not be going back.”

• Good price, fresh homemade food.
• Bad waiter.

“Food was very good and fresh, casual atmosphere. Reasonable price . Had a bad experience with the waiter that he gave us totally wrong directions to something, said he had been there and marked our map where it was and not at all the case. Hope he had fun with that!”

• Service, food both terrific.
• Nothing.

“We had eaten at this restaurant in the past and loved it. Having lived in another state for several years (a military family) we had to try it again when we returned to see if it was as good as we remembered. It was better! The server was terrific, knowledgeable and all around terrific. We had a reservation, we arrived a bit early and we were seated and treated as if we were the only guest for the evening. It was a completely wonderful evening and I was full of terrific food when we left. Thanks.”
