• Not enough seating to accommodate crowd. Needs to grow!

“I consider this restaurant to be a true gem. The food is at a standard that is hard to find in the gardens. There is something for everyone starting with all the classic Italian dishes as well as escargot, duck, short ribs, and the quality of the fish is unparalleled. It is a cozy, romantic, and a true local treasure. Every experience is a special event. If one is looking for excellent food as well as attentive and personalized service then this is the restaurant for you. The owners, offer a genuine and enjoyable evening I wish there were more restaurants like this (where everybody knows you're name).”

“I recommended Thirsty Turtle to my girlfriends for a Girls Night Out. When I arrived about 5:15, the restaurant was fairly empty. I sat alone at a high top in the bar waiting for my friends. After a couple of pitchers, dozens of wings and clams one of my friends decided to cash out. My other friend and I decided to order another (non-happy hour pitcher) and our waitress explained that she was afraid to take another order from us. She explained that her manager had given her flak for us taking the table for so long. At this exact moment there were empty tables and actually no others waiting for seats. There was a table of younger guys who had arrived about the same time as us. They werent asked to not order anymore and leave. The owner explained that this was his policy. I guess they were expecting a big crowd to come in on this particular Wednesday night. I also guess they don't need the business or our money. I am totally freaked out as to how horribly we were treated. I still can't believe it!”
