• The Cheese Burger was ok.
• Not getting what I wanted, the wait.

“My experience involved asking for a hamburger, which was overpriced, by the way. I was told, we don't have hamburgers - but we can give you a Cheeseburger and take the cheese off. So I said ok - I'll have a Cheeseburger with cheese, and an iced tea. I finally, after much waiting, got my cheeseburger which, guess what? Didn't have cheese (and I still had to pay for the Cheeseburger, more expensive than hamburgers). I also never got my iced tea, but still had to pay.”

• The resturaunt smells good.
• The extensive swearing, the wait.

“I had to sit in there and wait for about half an hour one morning. I bought myself a drink and sat down, just looking out the window. The people working were swearing very much as they talked back and forth to each other. Very unnecessarily swearing. It was extremely offensive and I finally left. Subway is my favorite restaurant but I will never go to that particular one again unless they hire some people that are conscious of others. Also, I asked for a drink, and I was the only costumer in line. Just the same, it took those five minutes to hand me a cup (which was sitting in a stack on the counter the whole time).”
