- View, not many customers, grouper Sandwich was good, skip the French Fries.
- Service, attitude, cleanliness, portions.
“The experience was horrible, don't go there & get the same results. First, the child's sipper cup straw was chewed so badly that you could not suck up drink. Next, the $7.95 for a kid's portion of 5 fried shrimp and 10 French fries. The steak fries were tooth-breaking hard & cold in the middle, left over from prior night's baked potatoes. Lastly the sweet tea is instant & terrible. The hamburger was order rare, and came out well done. We asked to speak to the manager repeatedly. She continued to clear tables for 30 minutes, looking at us & walking away when we asked for her. She said we couldn't get a discount for the burger because we didn't mention it earlier. We said this was because she wouldn't come to our table. She said she was tired of listening to our complaints & told us she was not interested in discussing it. She gave us $1 off a $45 bill as an added insult.”

- Quite, no kids and modest.
- Its sushi was not a double burger.
“With it's Nippon feel, you can relax and listen to the music. The kind waitress waited on our table and gave us everything we needed and then some. Moist towels, the warmest sake I've had in ages, and polite conversation with the sushi chef topped it all off. Much more settled down than Asuka, but more authentic than Ichiban. I came in with a sore throat but the Miso soup cured that in second, I was surprised to find seaweed in it! The meal was quite tasty and I could taste the sake in the rice and the flame on the beef for the sushi. With a regret, I feel that they went overboard with the cooled glasses and modesty of the staff. The wait was quick. We went right after the break after lunch and before the rush. One cook, one sushi chef, was always on duty, it would be bothersome to both the guest and staff to go during a rush and act shocked that there is wait for twelve seat restaurant. After the meal, the chef treated mochi and let us try a great bean paste waffle that was grilled to be eaten. All in all, rather than go to Naples or Tampa or even Kanto, Animotos is worth every bite.”

- Great food.
- Slow service.
“I happened to be there on September 21, 2007 and the only reason that there was no refund or discount is because at least 90% of the meal had been eaten. The food is great, definitely the best around that area. It's better then most of the places I eat at in Orlando or Naples. I mean in general, not just for a Japanese restaurant. I do have to agree that the service is a bit slow. I'm assuming that's because they have 2 waitresses at most and they have to bus their own tables. The one waitress there, I believe argued with me about what I had order, either I misspoke or there was a misunderstanding, but still not the right thing to do. The chef had to tell her to stop arguing and fix my order. Maybe she's new to waiting tables. Overall I had a great time and would go back for sure.”

- Best tasting food!
- Under priced for the quality of food.
“During my visit today, I ordered Salmon Tataki, Yami Yami roll and a side of Squid Salad. It was some of the best food I have ever ate! The owner himself was working the sushi bar and I have to say, He cannot speak great English but he makes you feel like family. After talking with Su, he gave me a free salmon cookie. It is to die for! The staff is much the same as any staff. If your polite to them the are more than polite to you. I have been told that its nice to be important, but its more important to be nice. There is a sushi buffet down the street as well, but after trying there food and getting sick, I would not feed it to my dog. The flavor was bad. Fish was not fresh and the staff could care less you were there. ASUKA is the best place in town and one of the best in the state. I travel often and compare others to ASUKA! Some times you may wait a little for service, but its usually busy. The portions are more than most others and the rolls are bigger too.”
