  • Service was excellent. Clean room, nice decor. Handicap accessible.
  • Nothing.

“Well staffed, brightly light, fashionable interiors. Snow storm hit while we were there, and hotel operated smoothly on all fronts.”

  • Great gym and a
    nice remodel.
  • Very large, big conference center.

“A great hotel for the convenience on the 16th street mall. Very large - the rooms and hotel have been renovated, very nice. The Irish bar was fun and the gym is great.”

  • Bad air quality/noisy heating system.

“I will not waste my money on this hotel, again. I was unable to turn the heat down. The only way to get any air circulation was to turn on the fan which was too noisy. There was no parking garage. It cost $21.00 a night to park. Never again!”

  • Comfortable beds and pillows.

“Very friendly staff. The rooms and pool are awesome. Very convenient location. I wouldn't think twice about staying here again.”
