“The food was terrible, the waitress never bothered to come refill drinks and was loud when talking to other staff members and calling in orders.”

• Overall bad experience.

“Upon arrival the restaurant looked busy but when we entered we realized there was not many in the restaurant. We had to wait for approx. 15 20 min to be seated just because no one paid any attention to us waiting. Finally when we were seated we ordered our drinks (one was coffee w/ creamer which needed stirred) we had to ask for silverware, and then waited another 10 min at least for those. When our food arrived it was not very good and as my daughter finished her plate a bus boy came over w/ a cart that had gross food from all tables in a bucket in it, and he scraped her scraps into said bucket right in front of us as my husband and I were still eating. When I was done my daughter and I went to the womens restroom and found it was not very clean and the water barely even ran out of the faucet to wash your hands. Upon returning to the table my husband informed me that the bus boy had been back w/ gross cart and scraped my plate in front of him as he ate and left a dirty dish rag on the table only to come back and retrieve it. During our meal our waitress never even came back to refill our drinks. When we went to leave we went and stood at the cash register for quite some time when I finally walked over and watched the people in the back just standing around, one of them finally spotted me she came and checked us out we had waited for approx. 10 min for this. My husband filled out the comment card on the receipt and when she saw it was poor reviews she (in front of us) wadded up the receipt and threw it in the trash! I have never been more unsatisfied with service in my life and I would not suggest dining there.”
