- Nothing.
- I've eaten in many restaurants, this was the worst!
“Came in from NE but was disappointed with total atmosphere and meal. The bread was at least 3 days old, the service was neglectful at best, the food was awful. They claim to have authentic Italian food, apparently they haven't tasted any lately, don't waste your money!”

“This place is truly a culinary oasis in a desert of boiled beef. If you've ever "dined" at any other canon city restaurant, you'll understand the term "boiled beef" as it applies to the various offerings therein. Anyhow, as an experiment, go to le petit for lunch and just order a baguette of their home-baked French bread and a glass of French wine. If you've ever been to an eatery in France, you'll immediately recognize the authenticity of what you have just imbibed and chewed. The real treat starts when you go to dinner. Order anything from a plate of steamed mussels as an appetizer or a complete meal of anything offered on the daily menu and you won't be disappointed. Neither my wife nor I have ever been served anything that wasn't prepared expertly and enjoyed immensely. Why the owner of le petit Chablis ever decided to establish this excellent eatery in canon city is beyond my comprehension. But that's neither here nor there... Go there, eat and enjoy!”
