• Atmosphere on the marina, looking out on it and the Bay.
• Insulting service from our arrival throughout the meal--they seemed to want us to be invisible and rid of us ASAP!

“My wife and myself went with another couple for the first time to Salute. We made a reservation. Upon our arrival, we waited several minutes for anyone to acknowledge us. Once our reservation was confirmed, we waited for close to 10 minutes to be seated and then were shown to an interior room with eight or so tables, all empty. The staff had to open shades for us so we could see out. The staff was in a hurry to get us in and out. For example, I was still eating my main course when the dessert tray was brought. The food was boring, the salads made with wilty lettuce. Yes, the four of us are all professionals, all dressed appropriately for the restaurant. The prices were too high for the quality of the food--although the dishes were well presented.”
