• Great Chinese food.
• Kind of dingy but could be because of the old building.

“I don't care for the American food but the Chinese dishes are great. They have a dining room or a coffee shop. They are always friendly and the food always good.”

• Calamari good.
• The atmosphere, the fact you are served salad in a paper boat and if you want shrimp or crab on your salad you have to go to the raw fish counter. They put it in a plastic bag.

“The bulk fresh crab meat has been spoiled on at least 2 occasions. The cost was $15.00 a pound. Very poor quality”

• Waiter experienced; salad prepared and served at table.
• Cleanliness. Was dingy needed a good scrubbing all around.

“We dined here on our way home from Oregon. It was suggested by the front desk at our hotel. We were seated promptly. The atmosphere was ok, but did not seem very clean. Lots of dust hanging from air-conditioning vents. The cook walked through the restaurant while we were dining and he looked dirty and sweaty. It was very warm outside and the restaurant was not as cool as it should have been. There were clean white table cloths on each table and the dishes/tableware was clean. There was a sign that said that they were remodeling so don't know how much of the dirt was from that. The salad was delicious as was the warm bread served generously. The portions were fairly big. Our waiter was very experienced and made our dining experience nice. I was presented with a carnation as we left. Very authentic Italian restaurant. Would eat here again. This restaurant is in a strip mall and the outside would not make me want to eat here if I didn't know it was rated so high. There were many Local looking people there.”

“The food is AMAZING, you will not be disappointed. And considering the other dining options in Redding, it is definitely the best place around. Plus, the dining room overlooks a scenic background and the airport runway so if you are dining during the occasional takeoff or landing you'll get an extra visual treat. ”
