• No waiting, we were the only ones there.
• Food.

“Salsa tasted like spaghetti sauce. Food came cold and had no taste. Service was good but didn't make up for the cold, tasteless food.”

• Best breakfast and lunch in town.
• Wish they served dinner as well.

“I travel to Quincy regularly, and I always try to make it to morning thunder. The food, service and atmosphere are great. The best breakfast and lunch in town. They close at 2 pm (I think), so come early.”

• The Double cheeseburgers.

• We made it out alive.
• We nearly didn't.

“Our cabin was lopsided, though they claimed it had just been jacked up. Apparently, they meant that figuratively not literally. The living room/kitchen floors sloped from the middle out. A trip to one, from the other qualified as a hike into the hills. The lovely pictures on their website have no basis in reality; when it comes to traveling in the early spring. We left home hoping to do a little fishing, and some pleasure boating. We did neither The lake was iced over, and the entire area was covered in snow! My advice... Call Ahead!!!!”
