“Well, they re opened after the fire but changed their menu to much. The food was lousy, the appetizers came out wrong 3 times, and I have seen better waitresses at McDonalds. If you go just go to the bar and have a burger, it will save you time and money.”

“One of the best kept secrets in the mid-Atlantic region if not the whole east coast. The food is wonderful, fresh and tasty. The service is second to none. The atmosphere is wonderful, especially on the weekend when you can relax with a quiet dinner and light jazz from local musicians. Romance is in the air for la Rosa Negara. Can't wait to go back!”

  • A friendly warm and comfortable restaurant yet elegant in it's own way.
  • There are no negatives.

“A friend and I went to this restaurant and we felt invited and comfortable from the minute we walked in the door. The food wasn't just good it was outstanding, the service was perfect, not too intrusive yet there at just the right time. A delightful restaurant - we will highly recommend it to our friends here and our visiting friends.”
