  • Food and the service amazing and not too overpriced.
  • The bar can be very loud at night and it is hard to hear the person sitting across from you.

“The food was absolutely amazing, amazing flavors and combinations. Very gourmet but not stuffy gourmet, dressy casual environment, it has a bar in the front as well as an actual restaurant in the back, where they're happy to serve children. Service was great too, wait staff very nice and I'm pretty sure I only waited 20 minutes for food.”

  • It's close to where we live.
  • They couldn't get it right and there were no apologies at the end.

“We caught this restaurant at its worst. They couldn't get our order straight and wouldn't substitute anything even though we offered to pay full price for the substitution. The service was dreadful. We should have walked out at the onset.”

  • It is family friendly.
  • The taste - who dropped the salt shaker in the sauce.

“Salty after taste, icky sauce too much greasy cheese. I don't like this particular pizza. ”

  • The pizza crust, sauce, toppings a big plus! No salty after taste.
  • They need to offer more than pizza and grinders.

“I simply love Luna Pizza. It is the best in West Hartford, bar none. It doesn't have the icky salty taste that another "famous" pizza shop has. The service is great and the pizza quality is wonderful. I wish they would branch out to Italian meals too.”
