- The pasta is not mushy. The way it should be.
- I am too fat already to eat here more often.
“I have lived on the Shoreline for over 34 years. I have eaten at this restaurant many times. It has never changed. The food, prices, and portions are fantastic. If you come here and get that 1 new waitress that is new, dont let it stop you from coming back. You order your food. They first bring a nice big salad with optional gorgonzola cheese and the basket of bread and rolls. Then comes a huge bowl of pasta and sauce family style. By now you are already full. Now they bring out your entree which I promise you that you will laugh when you see a plate of food for 2 people placed in front of you. When you leave this place, everyone will have at least 1 Styrofoam take out containing half your entree and 1 container holding the rest of the ziti and sauce that came from the family style bowl served after the salad. We made the mistake one night of stopping in on a motorcycle. We forgot about the take home stuff. It was a slow ride home carrying the extras. This restaurant has always been fantastic. The highest price on the menu is probably 27 dollars. I dont even suggest getting an appetizer as you will never touch your entree after the salad, app, and pasta bowl. If you want great food, huge portions, and a fantastic price for the amount of food you get, try this place out. You will NOT be disappointed.”

- Food was very tasty and a good value for the money.
- Several of the wait staff were stuck up Prima Donnas and should not be working with the public.
“Over the years we have eaten here many times. I would quantify this in the high double digits, also eaten at the hungry lion and the boat house when it was all owned by Luciano's.”

“We had lunch here on a Saturday afternoon. It was not at all crowded. We were seated and promptly ignored. Our order was finally taken and then the waitress disappeared. When another server came to give us our salads, we stated that we felt very ignored. Our water glasses were empty, and we did not have enough bread plates. Other tables that we could observe, had GREAT service. I counted the waitress going to another table at least 7 times - and we had none. Our salads were eaten, water glasses empty, my husband's beer empty and there was no one. Our meals were plopped down in front of us, we again stated we had no service and the waitress disappeared. When our meal was gone and any leftovers completely cold a waitress came back. When she commented that my husband did not eat his broccoli and could have asked for something different, he said he would have, but no one came to check on our meals and that the service was terrible (and could we please have more water). She said and I quote - Sometimes we are busy and the service is bad, so that's the way it is. You can bet - We will give all of our future business to Lenny and Joe's!”

- Fast, moderately priced, good sports bar.
- No reason for the food to not be better.
“Fine for a quick, casual bite w/the kids or a beer and wings at the bar. If you don't deviate too far from those items, you should be just fine. Question is why is the food not better?”

- Overall, just a great little gem of a restaurant.
- No complaints.
“My first time experience was VERY positive. I'm a serious eater. Portions ( of Veal Parm, Hot Antipasto, Chicken, etc. ) served to our party of 8 were ample. Food quality was great. Service was outstanding. I'm also very fussy about having COLD beer. No disappointment in this regard either. Varied selection of quality & popular draft beers, including my personal favorite, Newcastle. Served in ice cold glasses. Nothing better I personally like the rustic pub atmosphere, while some in my party would have proffered a more "polished" look. Nonetheless, all agreed to return for future gathering based on food quality, quantity & very reasonable prices. ”
