• None.

“Silver Nugget has changed hands and Craig, the owner, is a gentleman and a very good host. The waitress we had was also very friendly and helpful. I was there with my kids over the New Years Holiday and I will visit them on future trips to Ouray. Even though they had some personal trouble at the moment they welcomed me and my kids and made us breakfast. (Try the biscuits and gravy). They are very good people. The other patrons (locals) were also very friendly to me and my kids.”

• Great food, excellent service.
• Prices are a tad high but this is a mountain town.

“We had breakfast at the Silver Nugget and it was one of the highlights of the trip! The food was prepared exactly as we expected, and the service staff was very attentive without being annoying. I would HIGHLY recommend the Silver Nugget for breakfast, next time I am in Ouray I will have to try dinner there!”

• Fighting flies from landing on the uneaten food while waiting for the waitress to make an appearance.

“We went to the Buen Tempo because it was the only Mexican food place listed for dinner and cocktails in our guide. There are numerous different styles of Mexican food. Unfortunately, Buen Tiempo doesn't fit any of them. A 'hard' taco is not available on the menu. A 'shredded beef' soft taco consists of "Arby's" style beef, with some cheese. That's it! no seasoning, salsa, lettuce, etc. The house margarita was terrible, probably due to using Suaza. The decor reminded me of something from a kindergarten class room and the shtick of nailing dollar bills to the ceiling is silly. The service was terrible, and to make things worse, the prices were over $45 for two adults and a child!!! If you want decent Mexican food, you are much better off taking the 30 minute trip to Montrose.”

• Used to be nice.
• Waitress was the rudest ever encountered, and we don't know why.

“We have been coming here for years. Loved the place. It has evidently changed hands. Took our friends there to breakfast morning of July 19,2006. Rudest waitress we have ever encountered. Gave her one dollar for such poor service. She tore it up and threw it at us. Will never eat there again. Food wasn't up to par either. Lots of good restaurants up the street.”

• It was a cute place, with delicious margaritas.
• Food was below par and quite expensive for the size of servings.

“Though it was recommended by several lodges and people, we were very disappointed. Prices for what you got were outrageous and the quality and amount of food was terrible. In fact, we both suffered stomach pains

all night long and the next day. Margaritas are great though, so I would recommend going there for a drink and somewhere else for dinner.”
