  • Employees attitudes.

“Aren't diners supposed to be affordable? Not this one, they charged me an arm and a leg and I still get horrible service the other day from this one kid. I know he has worked there a while and it's always the same lousy personality taking my order. I will never go back and I hope they go out of business. I have lived in Monument way to long to see something like this.”

  • Great coffee.
  • The service could have been better.

“I travel a lot so I drink a good amount of coffee; I came upon Serranos coffee at the last minute. The service could have been better but the cafe brave I had more than made up for that. It was so good I had to stop and close my eyes to relish it. So to say the least I will be stopping back at this establishment in the future.”

  • A real NY Diner in the middle of Colorado. Great.
  • A great diner.

“My son was a cadet in the USAFA from 01 till 05. We made every parents weekend. We also stumbled across Rosies while coming down me 25 back in 01. Lucky break for us. Terrific diner. Great food. Big portions. Great oldies music on the jukeboxes. Loved it. Even bought a couple of those goofy surfer shirts. Every year we made a point of stopping in Rosies more than once. Just liken an old diner back in Brooklyn. Great place.”

  • Great coffee, free internet and lots of local flavor!
  • Pastries could be improved a tad.

“Serranos has bar-none the best coffee in Colorado Springs, Monument or anything I have had in Denver. The owner roasts everything with care and it shows. The people working there are phenomenal. It would only be a shame to pass this gem up!”
