• The pasta side dish was great.
• Everything else.

“This has been our favorite restaurant for the past 9 or 10 years. We have also recommended Cactus Jacks to our friends and entertained friends from out of town there. The Prime Rib was as good as any in the Valley. The Prime Rib was not the summer special.”

• Fabulous food - great specials.
• Waitress didn't put in the extra effort.

“Cactus Jacks is a place you might pass by unless someone tells you to go. Best prime rib I've ever had, although a bit pricey, well worth it. My husband had a pork dinner special which was out of this world good. Excellent food, reasonable prices for all they give you (special was only about $16 or $18, but prime rib is around $30.) Atmosphere is nice, not super special, and wait staff could stand a touch of improvement, but the food will bring you back.”

• Prime Rib is consistently great.
• Sometimes a bit of a wait for a table -- a favorite of locals.

“Without a doubt the best prime rib you'll find in the Coachella Valley, and I'd even go so far as to put Cactus Jacks' prime rib up against Lawry's!”

• Fast, friendly service and good food.
• A little expensive for chicken.

“If you like fried chicken, this is the place to go! It's all-you-can eat AND they give you a doggie bag. It's a little expensive for the kids, but since you get leftovers, I guess it's worth it. They are only open after 5 pm.”
