- Genuine Hong Kong style cooking.
- No private rooms.
“Operator sold his previous restaurant of the same name across the street and open this one, which is probably 4 times bigger. Nice, open and classy setup, good enough for banquets. You get good value for your money for Hong Kong style food. Busy lunch crowd includes business people. Weekend dim-sum is worth the long wait!”

- We were allowed to leave.
- We never should have come.
“At Capp's, we were seated, ignored, ignored some more, and finally forgotten. After 15 minutes, we were served drinks, which I was willing to forgive, but it gets much worse. 1.) The waitress did not check on our drinks after several requests for refills. 2.) Our appetizer platter took over 25 minutes to come and the food took longer. 3.) When the food finally arrived, it arrived in "shifts" five minutes separated from each other which is a long time to wait when you are being polite and waiting for the other guest's food to come before pigging out. My wife had to wait the longest - it's a good thing we ate before we came, (we were there for company and social reasons anyway. 4.) If you are interested in; Fresh seasoned chicken wings dipped in our spicy BBQ sauce and served with homemade ranch dressing." Run down to Smart & Final or Costco or better still Food Mart, and get a bag of frozen ones because thats what they serve. Fresh my eye. I ordered "this" (with extra dressing) and when I picked one up, it was cold on one half and tepid on the other - if I wanted microwave food I'd have stayed home. Oh, and guess what? No dressing, which is probably a good thing because. My wife was the lotto winner with her dish arriving at the table dead last. She ordered soup and salad! Having worked in a kitchen as a cook, I happen to know that it takes less than 23 seconds to "plate" a bowl of clam chowder. 6.) The un-remarkable clam chowder was watery, and flavorless. It's as if someone waved clams and potatoes over some watered down cream "sauce" and perhaps gave them a squeeze, hoping that the essence of seafood taste would somehow flavor it in the process. 7.) The blue cheese dressing, (ready for this?), which, thankfully was served "on the side" of the salad, was rancid! Blue cheese dressing has mold in it, but the cream component shouldn't smell like it came out of the sewer which makes me glad that I sent my 'wings back. I'm a transplant patient with a suppressed immune system. If I had ordered this, I very well may have been taking my life into my own hands. I've been in too many hospital beds to date to have CAPPS land me into one! 8.) While we were waiting to be sentenced to this meal, one of our guests waited patiently for her white Russian cocktail for more than 10 minutes and finally with her *bad back*, got up walked 27 steps to the bar which was in plain view and got her own drink, only this time it was not filled all the way to the top like the first one was - cheap! 9.) My other friend ordered a Guinness and got it the same time as all the rest of us got ours. In that one golden moment when our waitress came back within 3 minutes, (which is about how long it takes for my Guinness-drinking friend to polish-one-off), said friend motioned to the waitress for another, she acknowledged this motion with a vapid smile and then she disappeared. It didn't come. The waitress arrived three more times sans beer or food. This kind of activity is indicative of nothing short of a lobotomy. After having to endure this meal, I found the manager and informed him of everything you have just read. I asked if he had a different chef from last year, (when I had my unremarkable meal as shelter from the rain), and he said, "no, same chef" to wit my Allan Shore-l”

- Motivated to switch to other restaurants.
- Don't take complains very well. Very flippant in their answers.
“Not very impress with this place. I have been traveling to Mountain View on business from the East Coast and have frequent many restaurants. I often went to the sandwich place next door so I tried Masa's Sushi once. Every thing was just so-so here but they are charging full price for very meager portions. My comments to them to this effect was met with indifference. I am quite disappointed and wish that they can improve in the future. I will stick to my sandwiches in the future.”
