- Clean - good food - good attitude - always feel welcome.
- Sometimes on Sunday AM there is a wait.
“I'm a breakfast patron at Dorns; occasionally lunch. I recommend it to all the tourists I encounter in Morro Bay. Great location and views of the bay. Omelette's and Benedict in AM - clam chowder and tidy, tasty sandwiches for lunch. Clean. Politically incorrect to mention the gorgeous and attentive servers. Alcohol is available. This is a classy joint.”

- The cleanness, ocean view, and the hostess/guy.
- Rude waitress, hard bread, raw food, and low lighting.
“Well the restaurant was nice with a great ocean view it was the food that was horrible. The kids menu is very over priced. We got bread while we looked over the menu and lets just say it was so hard no one could eat it. The restaurant is a romantic setting but the lighting was so low I couldn't see my food but I could still taste it, I got the fish and chips which was not good. It was undercooked and my daughter got a hamburger and it was raw in the middle, but to top it off the waitress we had looked like she might fall over if she smiled. She was very rude and our overall dinner was not worth going there again for.”

- Fairly popular -- might have to wait a bit.
“Charming! Excellent crab cakes. Beautiful view of the moored boats and the park. Friendly, unpretentious service. Good bread, good wine. And then there was the "guard cat" moseying around in front, checking out the patrons who were waiting for tables. The "business traveler" will note proximity to Morro Bay Golf course. Foodies who frequent San Francisco wouldn't tell anyone about this -- they'd want to keep such a "find" to themselves.”

- Food was great, view was beautiful, service was great too.
- Didn't get what we specifically went there for.
“Well the food was delicious. The atmosphere was great and the view was romantic. The only thing that ruined it was the fact that my husband had his heart set on the "Bouillabaisse" and he got "clam chowder" instead. We advised the waiter and he was very sorry and apologetic, he remembered us ordering that, but he wrote it down wrong, so he chomped us on the drinks. It was still worth, but I wish they could "ship" Bouillabaisse. I would be ordering some for my poor hubby this second!”
