• Every aspect of the experience, especially the communication process.

“They nickel and dime you at every opportunity. The owners/manager seems consumed with there own importance if any complaint or concern is voiced. Very rude.”

• Cook and the food was ok.
• Owner was rude, not professional.

“We just left Torii and will never go back! We had a party of 15 , mind you this is a 3 year tradition for our group, we were seated 28 minutes late and had reservations then we were told to vacate the room by the owner before we were ready to leave. The service at dinner was marginal at best and the food is decent. We had to wait a very long time for drinks and had to remind forgetful wait staff to bring refills. Food timing was off more than it has been in the past. The cook was mildly entertaining and could have done better. This restaurant has been one we would enjoy as a group, hence the tradition, but when the owner came to our room and mocked us by using his hands to motion that we were talking and not eating anymore and that he had hungry people waiting we were offended. One person in our party did tell him that he was being rude by he continued to tell us we should leave. We will never go back!”

“There was not one thing any good. The meat loaf was really gristle loaf. Even the cookies were the equivalent of rocks. The ice cream was the cheapest of the cheap. The coffee was horrible. The food was disgusting, even the fruit was bad. I have never been to a restaurant where I could not find one thing any good. I did eat the fried chicken. The best thing I can say was I am amazed I did not get sick or the runs as I was sure was expecting it.”
