• Enchiladas and special Quesadilla.
• If you don't know where it's at, you won't find it.

“Best Mexican restaurant ever. All others are compared to it and I have not found one that even comes close to Camacho's. It has taken me 25 years to duplicate their enchilada sauce, that and the special Quesadilla are found nowhere else. Even though I don't live close anymore every time I get within 300 miles I make sure that I have at least one meal there.”

“I have been going to this for years! My favorite breakfast dish is "Chilaquiles" and it comes with eggs, beans and delicious flour tortillas! Whenever I have lunch I either order the Carne aside, with guacamole, beans, rice and tortillas, they also have a cool Jamaica, or Orhata drink and a spicy salsa for your dish We also like to take home an order of their cheese enchiladas (My mom's favorite). The family operated business has done very well in the past years for them, thanks to their delicious food.”

• The food simply the best Mexican food on earth!
• I don't live close enough to eat there every day.

“This has been my favorite Mexican food restaurant for over thirty years. It isn't a place you will drive past and decide to try; you have to seek it out. Don't let the look of the place deceive you. It looks like a decrepit old county store, but the food wills more than make up for that. Every bite is world-class. The salsa is made fresh, and is the best anywhere! Not too hot, but with enough of a bite to let you know where you are. The tacos, burritos, and tostadas are not fancy, but simply wonderful! The Chile relines are a must, with their delicious sauce. And the special quesadillas are absolutely the finest anywhere. Crispy on the outside, creamy cheese inside, they are a perfect vehicle to hold the beans, salsa, and guacamole. Don't miss them! I no longer live close enough to Camacho¿s to enjoy it often, but I can't go into the imperial valley without having at least one meal there. Drop by and say hi to Marie. She'll be in the kitchen, making sure everything is perfect.”
