• Pretty much everything, great staff, great service, free delivery.
• Nothing.

“I was just in town for a couple of days and needed my clothes done. Someone told me about this place and their Fluff & Fold service. I called them and they picked up my clothes and dropped them off again at my hotel for free and only charged $0.99/lb. The clothes were perfectly folded and I did not even have to iron them. They did some dry cleaning for me too and the prices for that were competitive but not cheap. However, whenever I'm in LA, I will use their service again. Great food too.”

“This place is awesome. Whoever came up with this concept definitely had customer convenience in mind. For the first time I enjoyed doing my laundry. I tried the food and drinks in the Cafe since I've become a regular at this place and every time it is extremely good, freshly made Panini Sandwiches, full breakfast, lunch and dinner and of course a bunch of cakes, the best muffins and brownies in town. I also tried the Fluff & Fold service and I have to say that I've never had such beautifully folded clothes. Plus they deliver for free and offer dry cleaning too. What more can you ask for? A big parking lot? They have that too. I'm hooked and will tell everyone to check out this wonderful place. Oh, forgot to mention one really important thing: the people who work here are Also friendly and helpful they always put a smile on my face and make my day!”

• I liked the friendly staff and hot food.
• A little too much neon.

“Fun, fast, tasty. Introduced and going for my b-day. Family members all enjoy. Could be romantic at the outside fire pit, but inside more family style benches. Casual and fine, fresh food. Try it!”

• Excellent service.
• Very poor pastas and décor.

“Both my wife went on a "find a restaurant" drive and came across an old Italian restaurant in culver city. We ordered some baked pasta dishes that tasted pre-made and frozen. The meatball was highly processed, and the cheese tasted very cheap. Probably should have stuck with the pizza, it may be good there.”

• Good menu at good prices.
• Noisy!

“One of the loudest restaurants I have ever dined in! Also, due to the fact that the restaurant is only about 15 feet wide, you have a constant flow of "traffic" by your table as patrons and staff come and goes. However, and having been thoroughly annoyed by the noise and being bumped etc. By the traffic, I must say that the food was exceptionally good and served piping hot. The way I like it! Prices are very reasonable. Generally not the kind of restaurant you would take a date to or try and have conversation in.”
