• Beer was good.
• Customer service was absent.

“We bought a coupon specifically for this place. You pay $15 get $25 off your bill. After 3 beers I forgot to present the coupon but called immediately when I got home. They said they can't make any adjustments on the transaction. Our total bill was over $250. The manager was rude and said to call the accountant the next day. Several calls later I finally was told I had to speak to the owner. As if I was important enough to get a return call! They must be the only business that absolutely cannot make any adjustments on any transactions. They lost the business of our entire family and circle of friends forever.”

“Had the most horrible experience at the Brewery one night with one of the Managers. Turns out in talking to people it was the Owner's daughter. We had been overcharged and had unfortunately already let the waitress take the credit card and charge it but still we asked our waitress to have the bill corrected whereas she told us that she was unable to do it and would get the manger. While talking to the manger the waitress within hearing distance used an explicit word and the two laughed before the "manager" came over. We were approached with a attitude from the Manager right off the bat who said she would need to check with Owner on how to fix the situation and he wasn't available. We said we needed to resolve this situation and she got heated. When we said we would be contacting the Owner to make sure it gets resolved she stated "I don't care talk to my Daddy." Very unprofessional and a sad example of leadership.”

“My friend and I wanted to have dinner and the place seemed really casual. We were wearing jeans and sandals and it did not seem like a big deal. We were treated like dirt by the servers and we felt really awkward. They stuck us in a corner with burnt out light and didn't talk to us again except to take our order. They didn't ask if we wanted dessert, just gave us the bill as soon as we got our food. The food was super good, but it is not worth being judged and treated like crap.”

“I stopped by this wonderful restaurant on a recent trip to San Diego. The staff, especially the waitresses was top notch! I had the gourmet pizza which lived up to its name. The beer was excellent, tasty, especially the darker beer. The staff was attentive and took care of us right away. It was lunch time so they were very busy (probably due to the excellent food and beer!) Will definitely recommend to friends who are coming to town! I will be back again. ”

• Great food and drink options! Creative interior design, nice location.
• Busier hours can get hard to find seating, and can get too noisy for relaxation/work time.

“Tasty drinks and desserts at decent prices. Great breakfast choices, too. Free wireless inside and when not too crowded, can be a fantastic place to do laptop work over a coffee, for an enjoyable perk!”
