• The food was good.
• The employee's including and especially the manager was rude!

“I went there on 3/17/08. My girlfriends and I meet outside of there a lot because there is a fountain and table outside and it's a great place for the kids to play while we chat and eat. I went in ordered the fish taco plate and was surprised that it was $10.40. I mean fish taco plates may cost that much in a sit down restaurant but not an order at the counter type of place. I looked at the menu and said but the fish tacos are only $2.45 why do a very small portion of rice and beans add on $8 dollars. Really I'm just confused. I said if I order them all separate they don't add up to that much, so she calls over the manager who says each taco is $2.45 on the plate there's 2. The rice is $1.99 and the beans $1.99 so it does cost that much. I said oh ok. The manager then says "nice purse" I said thank you then she said "it's expensive"! She was obviously trying to make me feel bad for asking the price on the fish taco plate because since I had this Coach purse I have the money! I was appalled. That is first of all none of her business and second it was a gift! Regardless of weather or not I paid for the purse I still have a right to question why a small fish taco plate cost me $10.40 at lunch. I told all my girlfriends when I got outside and they were shocked at her rudeness. There are several food places in that little court yard and none of us will ever eat at the El Gran Burrito again!”

“I have an unpleasant experience with the service at El Gran Burrito in this location. Employees as well as managers are not so customer oriented. ”
