• Love when the steaks are cooked perfectly with the coating.
• Hate when the steaks are not cooked with the coating.

“The last two takeout orders the lemon wedge for my iced tea was already squeezed. Leaving the impression it was used before. Also, the delicious pepper coating on steaks at the Outback is not always on their steaks. I believe it has more to do with the chef. But you never know when you will get a good steak. Lately about every third steak is good.”

• The Bread from Fry's was good, the Marinara sauce too.
• Everything else.

“First of all, I hardly enjoy paying 30.00 for a meal I could have gotten at Fazzoli's for a little under 15.00, none of the food was home made, in fact a friend of mine said she gets most of the food from the fry's down the road a week in advance of her preparing it. The place was completely empty, she claimed that she needed to bring in a waitress for our party of 6, though there was already two serving nobody. In fact she called the police to make us pay gratuities to 6 people who all paid separately. I was dining with a buddy of mine who is African American, and when the police were called she told him she didn't want any of his type of people in her restaurant. Now I don't know what else that is but racism. The owner's facade nicely is very believable, but as soon as it came to dropping our gratuity, which she completely agreed to do, she decided it would take too much time to void just 3 receipts for close to 30 extra dollars gratuity, on top of our 25 dollar tip. She came back just minutes later from beginning the process of voiding our receipts, to kindly let us know that she didn't want to void the receipts, and that the cops were on their way to make us pay the gratuity. Overall for six people to eat costed us 148 dollars. While two of our members only ate appetizers. While being escorted out the owner wore the most vicious smile I'd ever seen. I can say that if you decide to eat at this restaurant you will know what I mean. Horrible service, horrible food, horrible manners, and backwards policy that adds 30 dollars to your meal just for having over 6 people in a party. In an empty restaurant 6 people should mean nothing, yet she needed to call in an extra waitress just for us.”

“This is the best Italian food I've had in a long time. I'll definitely come back. Recommended highly. Staff could be more attentive. Pricing reasonable.”

• The food and choices.
• Little high price.

“I love this place. They have this thing called the Blizzard. What a treat. I like it with M&M's. It is kind of expensive. I have tried to duplicate it at home but it does not taste the same. I can not figure out the right mix of ice cream and M&M's.”

• Great food, great service, & reasonable prices.
• There is only one in Glendale.

“Bitz-ee mama's has the best Mexican food in the valley. I know Mexican food and it hard to find real good homemade Mexican food. I had their Chorizo it was so good and my husband had their fish tacos he loved them. The restaurant felt very welcoming, everybody seem to be family. The servers were very friendly and clean. The restaurant was clean itself you could by their bathrooms. Thanks to Bitz-ee mama now we are having our family reunion there because they a banquet room so now my whole family can enjoy the good food, good service, good company at a reasonable price.”
