- Owners on hand all the time and great food.
- Nothing.
“My family and friends have gone there when they are in town. I always recommend it to anyone going down to Eureka Springs. I think it is one of the best restaurants in town. They have wonderfully prepared food and last time I took my grown daughter down she just raved about everything we had and she had to go back before we left. I have never seen or eaten anything that wasn't first rate! I am shocked that anyone gave them a lower rating. I am picky about where I eat and I have traveled to Eureka Springs several times a year for 30 years. This one is of my favorite newer places. The owners/chef are great and helpful. I would never hesitate to send my friends there! Great JOB!”

- Veggie Nachos were fabulous.
- Nothing other than amped-up music.
“All I can say: try the Veggie Nachos - thick cut marinated slices of crisp zucchini, yellow squash lightly grilled, placed on individual freshly made tortilla chips, each covered with Mexican white cheese and beans, a half-order is more than enough for one person even if they share. The service was excellent, very attentive, and the only downside was the music was a tad bit loud, but they adjusted it after a few complaints.”

- Good bread and good service, nice atmosphere.
- Too expensive and too much hype over this place.
“Our favorite thing about this restaurant was the bread with roasted garlic. It was also nice how every table had their own Parmesan shredder. I ordered the tortellini with garlic and olive oil which was a little bland for me and seemed a little over-priced. My husband had the Lasagna which I tried and thought was pretty good. If you go on the weekend expect a wait. We waited about 45 minutes and I can't say it was really worth it. It's one of the better places to eat in Eureka though and the atmosphere was great.”

- It has character for bikers.
- The service was slow and the food quality was poor.
“Dined at The Pied Piper Pub in March 2008. The menu suggested some fun dining options. After we placed our order we sat for 30 minutes being ignored. No refills were offered on our beverages. The food arrived in 35 minutes which seemed excessive since the restaurant area had less than 5 parties. My husband had a Chorizo Burger that he thought was unique. He enjoyed the fries aside from their tepid temperature. I had a salad that was merely bagged lettuce that was sitting in water. For my entree I ordered meatloaf. I thought how can anyone go wrong with meatloaf? Boy was I wrong. The meat was so dense I had to cut it with a knife. I couldn't tell what kind of meat it was. All I tasted was filler and tough meat. I put it to the side after one bite. The waitress asked if I was done and I said yes. She asked if everything was ok and I said for me the meatloaf was inedible. I was surprised when I was charged $10 for a meal that I did not eat. Based on this experience I would not return or recommend this location to anyone!. The food was disappointing, the service was slow. Not once did I feel like a welcomed customer. The decor was worn. To sum it up, the ambiance supports the over priced, disappointing food.”

- Moderately priced good food.
- I really don't have anything negative to say about them.
“Funky little place - we had breakfast which was different fare than you normally see on a menu. I had a baked grits dish loaded with vegetables which is something Iżd never seen before. It was good but what looked amazing were their cheesecakes. I hated to have one for breakfast so I went back at noon and had a slice of their pineapple, coconut cheesecake and it was fantastic. The waitresses were very friendly and attentive and if you love cheesecake you should go. I'm not a carrot cake fan but the waitress told me it's the best you'll find. Didn't have lunch there but what I saw being served certainly looked good.”
