  • I LOVE the food - your fries are the best!!! I love the seasoning on the fries. Keep up the good work!
  • We couldn't stay in the dining room because it was too cold!

“I just wanted to tell you that it is TOO COLD in this restaurant!!! Every time we have ever stopped in - it has been cold. Today, everyone that was coming out were freezing and we couldn't stay in there long enough to finish eating what we ordered. It was like trying to sit in a freezer to eat! I love Jack's restaurants and the food, especially the fries but I can't enjoy eating in this restaurant because of the temperature. Today was the worst!!!! There was no one else sitting in the dining room, everyone was running in and out --- did you wonder why??? Please set the thermostat on a decent temperature. Thanks for considering my suggestion ~ Judy.”
