• They employee mentally retarded people.
• Everything.

“The service is horrible. The employees could care less. The food is never hot, and the last 3 times I have eaten there my order was wrong. The manager was filthy and looked like she hadn't bathed in days. I contacted the district manager, they seemed like the were concerned, but all they had to offer was coupons for free food. I told her that her locations food wasn't worth paying for, I surely didn't it for free.”

• Pizza was hot.
• Cheese sticks cold and service was awful!

“Every time my family would try to eat there, they are always out of food. How do you have a restaurant, and run out of food! We had placed our order and the waitress brought our drinks to the table, then came back and asked what type of crust we had said we wanted. Then, told us that they were out of it and all they had was hand tossed, or thin. They mixed up our order, and gave it to someone else that hadn't been there as long as we had. And, then said "oh I'm sorry I took your pizza to their table, do you want your pizza? They haven't touched it yet." Waitress didn't even keep a note pad to keep up with orders! The cheese sticks were very cold, but it took a while to get them.”

• Only 4 miles from my house.
• Buffet cold and pitifully lacking service bad we drive 12 more miles to Gardendale Pizza Hut.

“The buffet is pitiful everything always empty cold pizza that they will not replace until pizza no one likes gets cold. I saw them change the numbers once and had to beg them to put a cheese pizza out for the kids which disappeared after one slice to the gang of kids in the restaurant that had been waiting on the pizza. I heard them tell one customer before we left that they would not be putting out anymore pizza that day since only 30 minutes was left in the dinner special. The pizza was all cold before they sat down. Salad bowl empty no pasta or spaghetti on the buffet. We drive 12 extra miles to go to the pizza hut in Gardendale. Its always hot the service is above and beyond many extras on the buffet even Mac and cheese. Salad bowl fresh.”
