• Good value.
• Charge for WiFi, no food available in area.

“ There is a $5 WiFi charge, no close grocery or restaurants, not near freeway exit and the beds are a very hard standard. ”

• Good location, nice staff, generally all around good stay.
• All of us staying at the hotel agreed that the beds were hard - not firm, but rock hard.

“Location was great, just off I-5, with shopping and restaurants very close by. Hotel was clean and although not at all new, was in good repair. We stayed three days/nights and were for the most part comfortable. The bed were hard. I enjoy a solid firm mattress to sleep on, but these mattresses were rock hard. Staff was friendly and price was best in the area. Would probably stay there again.”

“This is definitely not a place to take family. It had a kitchenette but overall the place felt very dirty and uncomfortable.”

• Bed was like sleeping on the floor, room stank like cigarettes.

• Friendly, helpful staff.
• Carpets dirty.

“Unlike my dreadful experience at Crossland Tacoma where they moved all my things out of my room while I was out for the day, manager was always off site, no phones or WiFi connection for 2 days. Crossland Salem is a vast improvement.”

• Comfortable bed and clean.

“This was as nice as a motel as many more expensive motels that I have stayed at, It was every bit as nice as the Ramada and Quality Inn. It did not have any extras, but the room was cleaned and nice. Also, it was right off of the freeway.”
