• Very clean! Nice and quiet rooms. Comfortable beds.
• Person who checked us in at front desk was not as friendly as he could be. In general, people at front desk were not as friendly as other hotels.

• Paying a $10 fee for services we would not use and remote parking - bus ride to hotel.

• Rooms were nice and clean and air conditioning worked well. Breakfast at the restaurant was good!
• Staff was kind of slow in checking us in and there was greasy substance on the phone in the room.

• It was very clean and modern elegant in style.
• The rooms were really small & very narrow!

“The rooms were a little tight and smaller than the average size hotel room! The entire fire alarm for the hotel also went off at 5:30 in the morning so that was a rude awakening - apparently something caught fire in the dining section of the hotel. The staff was friendly and the lobby was very elegant -the rooms and the bathroom were decorated nicely and everything was very clean! Overall, a nice stay for the evening and we will probably stay there again as our daughter will be at college in Tallahassee and we'll be visiting often.”

“This hotel was an excellent value. Conveniently located at an interstate exit, it appeared virtually brand new and the rooms/bathrooms were well maintained and very comfortable. For the family travelers, it was the perfect blend of comfort and value without unnecessary and expensive luxuries.”

“For a Holiday Inn I thought it was fantastic. It was clean, new and in Tallahassee. I had to go to a funeral and was about the best thing that happened that day.”

• The comfort & cleanliness of this hotel were above and beyond expectations.
• Pool is of the west side of the hotel, so it takes a bit to get warmed up.

• Comfortable bed, great Bartender.
• The room reeked.

“The room they put us in reeked after we turned on the air conditioner. The smell was so horrible, that I threw up. It smelled as if someone had urinated in the air unit. The clerk gave us a hard time about changing rooms. They finally moved us into a second room, but that room was under repair. By this time, my husband was mad-and he went to the manager, who moved him into a decent room.”

• Everything was great!

“Very convenient, right off the highway. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were so comfortable and had lots of pillows. We didn't get a chance to check out the restaurant or pool but will do it next time we stay. It surpassed our expectations!”

• 100% non smoking hotel, staff is wonderful, hotel is beautiful.
• Local calls aren't free, but who cares!

“Excellent hotel, would highly recommend it for any type of traveler. Close to i-10, convenient to fame, fsu, tcc, Tallahassee mall, the airport, restaurants of all price ranges and downtown. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Can't wait to stay here again!”
