• Facilities and complimentary breakfast.
• Horrible cable. Extremely limited channel selection. Movies
  at $11+ (even old ones).

• Very close to the airport, restaurant's and entertainment.
• No plasma/LCD TV.

• Recently built.
• Even non-smoking rooms smelled like smoke. My clothes smelled of smoke at work!

“This hotel is a smoker hotel. Even the non-smoking room smelled of smoke. The place really stinks. The lady that checked me in talked about how she feels unsafe working there. It left me feeling insecure both nights I was there. This place really stinks bad.”

• Safe place.
• The chef can not cook, dining room is a mess, room service is totally untrained.

“They really do not have much expertise in serving breakfast at this hotel. From all 6 coffee pots, only in 2 were coffee, and it was lukewarm and was way too light. So everyone drank milk, which ran out fast. The scrambled eggs tasted dry and distasteful. And also no one would also wipe the used tables. The room service ignores the sign do not disturb, they come in anyway. When we checked in, there was also almost no toilet paper, which was delivered very fast after we have asked, though. Clean and big rooms. 6 miles away from downtown, but directly near by the airport. It is a save place. The staff is very friendly.”

“Located close to the airport. Eating establishments were easy to get to from this hotel. We liked the rooms and the free breakfast. Staff was friendly and attentive to their duties. We would return to this hotel all of the time.”

• It was an awesome atmosphere, beautiful surroundings, wish we could have stayed longer. The bed and pillows made the night even better!
• Our room was not cleaned when we left, even after I asked.

“This hotel took us away! It seems as if we were back in Hawaii or even in the tropics. It is really a beautiful piece of property. The bed and pillows made the stay even better, it was easy to fall asleep and not want to get up!”

• Willing to work with room issue, and get us what we needed.
• Room was very dusty!

“Room was nice, but we thought it was going to be a suite with a separate room, (was not). The room was dusty like no one had stayed in it for a while. Food was good, but not refilled had to ask for almost everything, chinaware was not very clean, no real silverware, had to use plastic. Was kind of out of the way from everywhere we wanted to be.”
