• The upgrade was better.
• The first room was absolutely horrible.

“I was very pleased with Priceline just not that hotel. The original room was awful and the front desk lied and told me we were stuck with it and Priceline got involved and we did get a better room. All of the sudden they said they made some adjustments. We were there for our anniversary and I wanted it to be special. I was disappointed and will never stay there again. Not what I expected from a Holiday Inn. Like I said Priceline customer service was top notch and very kind and helpful.”

• There were lights on outside the window and no heavy drapes to shut.

• The staff was friendly, they knew the area, and kept the place in great condition.
• No on demand TV.

• Good location, near anything you needed.
• The entrance from the road was dangerous.

“This hotel was very clean and the staff were amazingly helpful. I liked the fact that you needed a room key to get to the pool and there were plenty of towels to use while at the pool.”

“Hockey families had invaded this hotel the weekend we were there. They had a large and noisy party in the hall outside our room until 11 PM. The staff sent someone up to scold them several times they said, but the party continued. Finally they moved us to another floor.”

• God location to airport and fast shuttle service to and from the airport.
• Did not get room key because machine was broken. Had to waiter two hours.

“Overall, the hotel was good, friendly and the restraint served good quality food.”

• This place was clean. And the staff & Manager were good people. What a view!
• Not a whole lot. I only stayed for the night.

“A nice place over all. Not too far from Downtown Pittsburgh,shopping and close to the airport. This place impressed me.”

• Shuttle to and from the airport 24 hours.
• Shuttle was slow to arrive at airport in the early morning hours.

“The hotel is an airport hotel that isn't even close to the airport. Its a Holiday Inn just like the rest. I would say it was average.”

• Lot of amenities, and good location.
• The bathroom.

“I expected Holiday Inn to be much better in terms of service. We were not given water pitcher, when we went it. Also we had to do with the tap water for water. The bathroom was not emptying the water properly.”

• Very clean and well decorated. Upscale.
• Not on airport premises.

“Everything was nice about the Holiday Inn. The lobby is well decorated and the front desk staff most helpful. The room was in tip - top shape. I highly recommend this hotel.”

• Employees and staff.
• No free breakfast
  & a dog show happening.

“I think the Holiday Inn was an amazing hotel with amazing staff. Overall the hotel was clean, free of dirty. What got me was the hotel was hosting a
dog competition
and the hotel was free and clear of dog land minds and other things that dogs do. The staff was very attentive to me and helped me within minutes when
I had a problem.”

• The restaurant was nice, it was decorated really cute.
• The hot tub was too hot to even get in (115 degrees!).
