“We had three lovely days at Shelleys; a few years ago we stopped at Shelleys for a couple nights and always promised ourselves that we would return. Shelley is lovely with really great standards in a very informal way. Location is as central as you could wish for and Lyn mouth makes a great base from which to explore Exmore National park, what more there are lots of places to eat in the evening to suit all pockets. Shelleys is very highly recommended and having spent too many long hours in airport lounges we will definitely be returning next year.” Apr 5, 2007 by

“We stayed 4 nights at Shelley¿s in Lyn mouth; we received such a warm welcome. Shelley's is spotlessly clean, and I had one of the best night's sleeps I have ever had in a hotel bed, we absolutely loved it. And the views! The cooked breakfasts were the best and with lots of choice, recommended unreservedly, we will definitely stay again. .” 3 of 3 people found this review helpful.May 21, 2006 by

“We feel Shelley's is a hidden gem, we received a very warm welcome on our arrival, the relaxed atmosphere, excellent breakfast that sets you up for the day, the beautifully appointed rooms and stunning sea views across Lyn mouth Bay are the perfect combination and, in our opinion offer good value for money unmatched by some of the larger more expensive hotels in the South West. “We selected Shelley's quite by chance for a trip to Exmore & Devon in September. The hotel is very comfortable, we had a lovely room, spotlessly clean with all usual extras plus a conservatory, balcony room to sit and watch the world go by. Very pretty village with lots of walks and history. Our experience was wonderful. Can think of nothing bad to say, we would definitely visit again. The hotel provides an ideal base for the area, excellent restaurants within walking distance, beautiful coastal walks, places to visit nearby. If you are coming to North Devon stay here. ” 13 of 13 people found this review helpful.Hotel Representatives:
