• View from room, nice pool.
• Poor desk service, no towels after many hrs, didn't repair backed up drain.

“The staff at the desk seemed overwhelmed. It took 2 to 3 hours to get towels. One room did not have any shower curtain or door so the water got everywhere. The second room did have shower doors but the drain backed up onto the floor leaving a mess and an odor. The bedroom curtain was hanging undone. The air conditioner did not work. Not what you would expect for a 4 star establishment.”

• I liked the fact that I felt important every moment of my stay there.
• I disliked the fact of not enough animation activities.

“Chios island was a surprise and the particular hotel was worth our money. Top tip its sea view by the rooms and the fact that you have the sea right in front of you. Highly quality services, and nice environment in general. The hotel was recently renovated and the furniture's were modern and all new. The people of the hotel very friendly.”
