• Location.
• Service, room, food.

“The hotel is located right in front of the Clervaux castle, so if you are lucky with room location, you will have an excellent view on the castle. Its a very peaceful location, with lots of walking routes, but not more than that. The hotel has a nice place for children to play outside. There is a private parking, can fit not more than 10 cars, so its most likely that you have to park on the street. You should consider that the hotel has 3 types of rooms (standard, comfort, luxurious).We didnt know that while booking, and unfortunately the standard room we had was really disappointing and didn't fulfill the requirements of a 3 star hotel. The room is decorated with really old furniture; the beds were so old and sinking that we were really hanging almost on the floor. The shower is old and not really clean either. The bar to hang your towels on fell down during the first attempt to use it and we couldnt fix it back. The lining (including the pillow cover) is made of terry cloth, so it can really hurt if you have sensitive skin. This all makes the price, star rating and quality unequal service. We were met by one of the owners wearing an old t-shirt. We had a dinner arrangement, for dinner we had to be present at 7 p.m.; everybody was served at the same time, so it all went quite slow. And without giving any comments to food, eventually we left for a nearby restaurant, we even skipped the desert. The rest of the guests were quite happy with their meal though, so probably we had just other expectations of a culinary arrangement in a 3 star hotel.”
