• It was more affordable than the other hotels in the area.

“This hotel is convenient to Tunica casinos. It is more affordable than casino hotel rooms and it had vacancies. The outside of the hotel was decent. The pool was small, but the area was neat and clean. The complimentary breakfast was limited. The room was adequate, but disappointing for the price. It did have a small fridge and a microwave.”

• Very close to casinos.
• The beds were hard!

“It is a very nice hotel. The rooms were set up real nice had a microwave and nice size bath rooms. I just wish the beds were a little nicer not as hard.”

• Access to second floor rooms is inconvenient.

“Staff was great. Room amenities were equal to those of the nearby casino hotel's, except a room safe. Price was excellent. Only inconvenience was the way in which second floor rooms are accessed.”

• It had a great location for accessibility to all the casinos.
• Access to the upstairs rooms was by stairs only. And the shower curtain in the room was to short (yes short) and water splattered the floor.

“It was a great location to be near the casinos. Overall it was a pleasant stay with the exception of only stairs to access the upper rooms. It was not spotless clean but no mold or mildew seemed to be seen.”

• The hotel had a convenient location to the casino.
• The bed was old and uncomfortable and the bathroom and carpet in the room was dirty.

“Location was very close to the casino which is a plus but, for the price, we should have received a much nicer room with better amenities.”

• The staff was very friendly and helpful. Good people skills and communications skills.
• You need an elevator. All up to date hotels have elevators for their guests. This is the 21st century and hotels need elevators.

“Its location was great, the food was poor and it did not have an elevator. People over 65 years of age could not stay in your hotel, because they can not climb stairs. Hotels in the 21st century do have elevators.”

• Nothing, we did not stay. We canceled.
• Terribly disgusting.

“We canceled our reservations upon arrival at 2:00AM in the morning. We are economy shoppers but only if it is a descent place. We have stayed in cleaner $19.99 rooms on the go. There were brown stains on one of the covers. Dead bugs on the sheets and under the pillow. If we had stayed we would have worn our shoes the entire stay. Outside walls were filthy. They do not keep that place clean at all. All the rugs and carpets are badly stained and seem to be very old. Bad experience. Left right away. Stayed at a very nice hotel after leaving and paid the same price for the first night but double our rates for the second and third night. It was well worth it. It was clean.”

• Ewe generally satisfied with everything. Continental breakfast was very good.
• We were located on the second floor. The access door on our side was out of order.

“Very pleased. Would definitely stay there again. Room was clean and attractively decorated. Staff courteous and helpful.”

• Convenient to casino, interior room doors, pleasant staff.
• Chinchy breakfast, no shuttle to casino, no internet, overpriced.

“This hotel was overpriced for what it was, but all in all it was a very pleasant place to stay. The room was clean and the staff was super-friendly. The hotel was near casinos, but no shuttle service was offered. Also, no internet service. The 24-hour fitness room was a huge bonus, and the pool was small but pleasant. I was content with my stay.”

• The hotel is in a convenient area.
• They could not find my reservation and I end up paying more for my room.

“I have stayed at this hotel several time and each time I have enjoyed my stay. The ONLY THING that I had a problem with is that they did not have my confirmation, and I had to pay more for my room.”

• It was nice friendly in a good location.
• A little far from the casino if you didn't have a car.

“Overall the hotel was nice and the price was reasonable I had to change my check-in date and the hotel person was very nice about the change.”
