• Offered breakfast was good and the service was good as well.
• Thermostat wouldn't regulate properly. Difficult to get room to desired temperature.

“This was our fourth stay at a Hampton Inn. They are very reasonable. The rooms are comfortable and they offer an excellent complimentary breakfast. Our only complaint was that the one in the Nyack, NY area had an extremely loud air conditioner. When it would click on, it would wake you up. The one in Rocky Hill was quiet, but would not regulate. Over all we would stay at a Hampton Inn again.”

• Having the breakfast buffet was perfect while traveling with two young children.

“This hotel was in a perfect location for our overnight stay. The staff was friendly and efficient. When asked about a family friendly restaurant we were directed to one nearby and it was an excellent suggestion. The rooms were very clean.”

• It was very clean and comfortable.
• The toilet backed up two separate times during the weekend we were there.

“Overall, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was nicely-appointed and comfortable. While we were in a non-smoking room, the hallway still smelled of cigarette smoke, though our room didn't. When we checked in, the hotel swiped my credit card and put a "hold" of the funds in the same amount for the room which remained until two days after our stay. It didn't end up being inconvenient, but I would have liked to know that that was going to happen.”
