• Extremely comfortable beds. Pool & hot tub area very nice.
• Breakfast not included.

“Easy to find. Nice decor. Beds were the most comfortable of any hotel I've ever stayed at. Pool and hot tub area were great for the kids - well stocked with towels.”

• Fast service, and was clean.
• In-room supplies were not complete, very limited free TV channels, room was rather small, parking was limited, and there was no vent in the bathroom.

“Good for quick trips, close to highway and airport. Pool was small but enough to play in and hot tub was nice for relaxing. Breakfast was large but not complimentary. Only kids channel available was cartoon network which does not show child appropriate shows at night (kids couldn't sleep and I desperately needed to). All other shows were pay – at the rate of $9 for a TV movie we've already seen several times. Not a great value there. Would be OK for adults only or business. For in room wireless access there's a $12.95 surcharge. In other words, good basics but expect to pay for any extras.”

“This hotel was exceptional. The room was great. The customer service was absolutely exceptional. Also provided me menus to order take out delivery since I got there late and the restaurant was closed...this was without asking, a first in my experience.”

• The hotel staff was very friendly. They really welcomed us as guests and made sure our stay was enjoyable. The fitness room was outstanding!

“This hotel is excellent. From a location standpoint it is close to malls and stores as well as a variety of restaurants. It is also fairly close to Heinz Field which is where we attended the Steelers game. I would stay here again. The stay was very, very friendly and that began at the welcome and continued throughout our entire 2 day stay. The fitness room was awesome. Lots of equipment to chose from and get a good workout. In addition, the treadmills and elliptical all have their own personal TV so it makes for a great workout.”

“Beautiful room with a view back toward the city. The bed was very comfortable with excellent bedding. The heating unit was easy to use and responsive. My very early shuttle ride to the airport was on time.”

“Check -in was fast and easy, plenty of nice towels. Body wash in addition to the usual soap is nice. The bartender kindly opened our bottle of wine for us. We will be back.”

• Clean, lovely room with comfy beds.
• $10 charge for internet use,
  TV remote difficult to use and smoke detector light flashed like a strobe light all night.

“I'd visit this hotel again with pleasure, but only if I can plan a work-free vacation and leave my laptop at home. One shouldn't have to pay for internet access at a hotel as nice as this.”

• Staff was friendly, room was clean and comfortable.
• There was no continental breakfast available.

“This hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and while getting to the property proved to be a little tricky, there is a myriad of shopping and restaurants located close by. I would definitely stay at this hotel the next time I'm in Pittsburgh and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.”

• I liked the bed the best, traveling -rest is essential on your schedule.
• The way to enter the hotel was hard to find, once found its ok.

• Very Small Rooms for a family traveling.

• Quick check, superb Jacuzzi and pool and bedding.
• No sauna and lack of separate men's and women's bathrooms at pool.

“The best bedding and bed I've ever slept in, loved the amenities except no sauna and didn't have a nice place to change in and out of swimming or workout attire only one bathroom for one person at a time in this area.”

• Restaurant was under construction so lobby restaurant.

• Modern hotel, fitness center, great pool and landscaping. Room was comfortable.
• The child that vomited in the pool while we were swimming.

• I appreciated the airport shuttle.
• The airport shuttle service doesn't start early enough for some international flights.

“For anyone wanting an easy to get to, nice hotel that offers a short trip to the airport, this is a good option. Make sure and check if the shuttle service will start earlier enough for you. The staff were very friendly, and have in the past arranged my (pre-shuttle hours) taxi to the airport with no glitches. Wake up call was spot on. I felt very safe in this area, both inside the hotel and outside in the parking lot after dark.”

• The beds were very comfortable and the location was great.
• The TV was very small and internet was $10.00 for 24 hours.

“The hotel was in a great location and plenty of self parking spaces were available including handicap parking. The hotel often has weddings and other functions on weekends which take up a lot of parking spaces, but the staff allows 15 minute loading spaces to be used by handicap guests. Surprisingly, the parties that were being held at the hotel could not be heard in the rooms. The beds were very comfortable and the best thing about the hotel besides the location. The room did have drawbacks. The hotel does not allow guests to use luggage buggies. So, you either have to lug your own luggage around or pay the doorman to help you. There was a very small television in the room and reception was not the best. The vanity area was very small and inconvenient. Be prepared to pay $10.00 for 24 hours of wireless internet.”

• If the beds would have been queen sized instead of double sized.

“The room was great and I got a great price. The hotel location was wonderful; it was so close to our shopping destination. The beds were so comfortable that my whole family slept like babies. I would return to this hotel without thinking about it twice.”

• Hotel lacked coffee shop or place for breakfast. Nothing in walking distance either.

“Unlike other Marriott airport locations. This one is at least a 15-minute drive from the airport there was no way to eat breakfast at / near the facility complimentary, coffee shop or down the street. Very inconvenient & odd.”

• Room not sound proof and dated, need remodeling.

“The rooms are in need of some remodeling ,its not normal that I could hear a conversation in the room next door ,heard the phone ring , did not sleep ,the pool and outside oaks good ,care is taken for the general appearance but it is need of a room facelift , the shower was dated with moisture very good location near airport ,close to a town and restaurant not like the Hyatt at the airport.”

• Outside the city center requiring tunnel traffic at rush hour.

“This is a beautiful property that despite lobby renovation going on is excellent. You would have a hard time finding fault with any part of this property. You have a fair walk from the parking area to the hotel, but it is well worth it. The rooms are large, comfortable and well furnished.”

“I was pleased with the close proximately to the airport and how easy it was to find from the highway. The room and the bed were very comfortable. The room service was prompt, delicious and not too pricey. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.”
