• Clean and better than I expected.
• Ceiling paint was chipped in the room, not a big deal, but it was there.

“From the responses of previous attendees of the hotel, I expected it to be horrible but it wasn't. It was a nice place for the price. Clean, quiet, convenient, and nice.”

• The hotel reception staff was extremely helpful and friendly.
• The bath was stained and looked unclean.

“The overall experience of our stay was very good. The bath in our bathroom was very stained and looked dirty which let it down slightly.”

• Our room was not serviced during our stay.

“Despite the sign on the door for service room, our room was not serviced, and the staff saw us when we left for the day. We had the breakfast buffet one morning. They seemed very disorganized. Ran out of spoons, and mugs. The coffee was bitter, and not hot. Limited choices for the hot buffet. They need to expand.”

• The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly.
• The room really needed a thorough vacuuming.

“Unfortunately the service workers had gone on strike so we had to cross a picket line, but the rest of the staff were working very hard to make the whole experience good. Nice atmosphere. Computer available in the lobby for general usage.”

• The ease of check in and they let us check in early.
• The beds were extremely comfortable-but the ceiling was falling.

“I was disappointed that there was only one trash can for both bath and room. There was no glass/cup in the bath. The carpets in hall were very tattered and very soiled. The room carpet was worn but not visibly soiled.”

• The staff was friendly.
• The location was too far from Philadelphia.

“Because the room weren't ready at check in time, I don't rate this hotel very high. and for 125$ a night, they didn't even have free TV.”

• The front desk gentleman was extremely professional and knowledgeable.
• Had to make a u turn to get there.

“My car battery died and the hotel staff made arrangements for the maintenance crew to give me a charge... it was most appreciated and saved me a tow. .tks”

• Convenient to airport and friendly staff.
• Renovation was very cosmetic some of the ceilings had water marks and the tub need some minor help.

“Overall it served my needs for an overnight before an early flight. The airport shuttle was ready at 4:20 am to take me to the airport. the hotel was quiet and rooms comfortable.”

“From its location to its beds, this hotel was a winner. It served our purposes well and provided a comfortable night's sleep at a great price. I felt safe and secure, and the room, hallways and public areas including the parking lots were all well kept.”

“This is a 0 star business fleabag hotel. The room was large but dirty. The cleaning crew never failed to miss some key item like towels! The plumbing was hopeless. The electrical items were either broken or old.”

“PROBLEM. Went to bed and was awoken shortly thereafter with water gushing in above the front door of the room. Had to pack everything and move to another room close to midnight and had a 3 a.m. Wake up call coming. It was not a pleasant experience.”

• The location.
• The staff was arguing in front of us. The TV was broken, we were unable to order movies. Terrible experience.

“We would never stay here again and gave the hotel a bad review. The front desk staff was arguing and swearing at the desk in front of customers. The TV was broken and we tried ordering movies 4 times. After each attempt they stated it should work now, but never did.”

• It was very convenient to major highways.
• Staff acted as if they did not want to be there. Could not change a $100 bill.

“This is your normal Holiday Inn except for the staff. Front desk people are very non caring, never a smile on their faces.”

• I have stayed at many hotels in Philadelphia recently and this was the only time I was able to sleep.
• I can't think of anything I didn't like.

“Very clean. Great price. The only place that I have stayed at in the philadelphia area, that had comfortable beds and plenty of pillows. ”

“Poor parking due to hotel operated "Park and Fly" service. Hotel staff not familiar enough with check out procedures to allow for a smooth and efficient exit. ”

• Convenient location. Nice rooms. Accomodated our need for adjoining rooms.
• Area around back door and elevators needs to be patrolled at night.

“This was a great value for the price. The rooms were comfortable. No visible hotel security, which might be helpful at night around back entrance and elevator lobby.”
