• Ability to park at hotel and take shuttle to and from the airport with ease.

“The Comfort Inn served our purpose of a place to stay before and after traveling internationally. We were also able to park and take a shuttle to and from the airport. The staff were friendly and helpful.”

• Clean Room, and shuttle drive was very helpful.
• The hallways contained a heavy nicotine odor that caused my to wheeze and cough.

“Even though our room was a non-smoking room, the hall of floor we stayed on reeked of tobacco and nicotine as if 50 years of smokers had inhabited the area. Couldn't leave fast enough in the morning to be able to breathe fresh air.”

• The room with the whirlpool bath was very relaxing and nice.
• Hotel didn't have a restaurant or bar.

“The arrangement of the room was very nice. We stayed in room 105 it was a bit noisy out in the hall because it is near the lobby, but we were not disturbed. This hotel has smoking rooms. You should call ahead and reserve a non smoking room if you would like one. We took the last one that evening.”

• Convenient to airport.
• Hallways not very clean.

“Hallways were not real clean. Rooms were okay. We were extremely disappointed to find out that we could not leave our car and take the airport shuttle. The hotel certainly should have been able to come up with a suggestion even if there were a cost attached.”

• Convenient location to business.
• Night desk clerk couldn't get my phone to work. The next morning, they did.

“I couldn't get the phone to work, even calling the Desk several times. The next morning, the new gal simply "turned on the switch", and it was fine.”

• Convenient location.
• The staff was not friendly and gave me the impression they were doing me a favor letting me stay at there hotel.

• It was near the airport.
• Someone had obviously recently been smoking in the room.

“I asked the front desk clerk for the address to a well-known Philadelphia restaurant where I was to meet friends. After informing me she did not like the particular restaurant she gave me an address to another restaurant. When I again asked for the address for the original restaurant she repeated the same address. I assumed she had given me the correct address. I assumed wrong. Thanks to the presumptiveness of the front desk clerk I missed my party and diner. The rest of the staff was surly. The facility was rundown. Every room appears to be a smoking room. I'll never stay there again. There should be a lower rating than one star.”

• Even though the staff was extremely busy when I checked in they remained extremely positive and friendly.
• Nothing comes to mind.
