• Loved the bed! Mostly the pillows! Shuttle to/from JFK.
• Can't think of anything we didn't like.

“We booked this hotel through price line, got a great overnight price, we had an early morning flight out of JFK to YYC and this one proved to be very convenient, with pick up and return to JFK. They picked us up right where we dropped off the rental car. The driver of the shuttle was very helpful with our baggage, delivering it right to our room. The coffee/beverage service was very much appreciated + the coffee was good. I will recommend this location to any one that needs this overnight stay when going to NY. The pillows/mattress are to die for. Thanks to your staff for making our last night in NY enjoyable! The wireless internet was also appreciated with a good strong signal.”

• The staff was amazing.
• Location - nothing to eat around the area.

“The hotel is very nice and clean and provides all amenities such as a fridge, microwave, hair dryer, etc. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome.”

• The staff was friendly. Convenient to JFK.
• The hotel allows guests to park in its facilities, only via valet which charges $20. Neighborhood dint appear to be safe.

“I would not recommend this hotel for family with kids. The rooms are small and there is no space to park outside the hotel. The only way to park is to pay the valet (to park in hotel premises). The neighborhood does not appear to be safe. There is heavy traffic right around the hotel, so not very safe for kids. Its good for business travelers who want to stay close to JFK.”

• Good to have microwave in the room.
• A little far from airport, need to take the air train to another station to take the shuttle.

“Overall, good hotel but the shower curtain had a musky/moldy smell and my toiletries were not replaced even though I stayed there for 3 days, 2 nights.”

• Excellent bedding blanket etc. Clean new room.
• No parking, tiny lobby, small rooms, limited TV channels.

“This hotel is new so the rooms are very clean and fresh it has very comfortable beds and cozy blankets. The staff is ok, the lobby is tiny and there is very limited parking I think it costs money. Basically this property was built on limited New York space and they tried to squeeze as much as possible in as little as possible its' great for pilots or other people not traveling with cars. I wouldnt use it for more then one night I would not recommend it for families the rooms are small.”

• The front desk staff was very helpful and courteous and went out of their way to help us when we checked in.
• No parking-besides valet.

“I would definitely go back again when and if the need arises.”

• The bedding was really nice and I liked that there was an iron in the room.
• I wasn't there long enough.

“The van driver picked me up at the airport area and was very polite. The room was clean and nice. I couldn't ask for more.”

• The beds were very comfortable.
• Restaurant should stay open longer hours.

“This hotel is conveniently located next to the airport with a free shuttle service to and from that promptly arrived and shuttled us to our airline in a timely fashion. It is very clean and the beds are comfortable.”

• Security was a plus.
• The staff was very ignorant and did not know much.

“The hotel was quite nice. Security at the hotel was high which made me feel safe, you must use your key in order to go up to your room. On the other hand, we had a lot of difficulty checking in. The staff was very rude with me and made me feel like I was causing them problems. They were very difficult and it took nearly half an hour to check in and confirm my reservation with them.”

• The hotel staff was extremely friendly and made me feel very welcome.
• The area is a bit sketchy, but other than that I enjoy my stay.

• It was relatively close to the airport and had a free shuttle.
• The doors - you couldn't have one person entering/exiting the room at the same time as another entered/exited bathroom without risk of injury.

“A welcome port in our storm (weather flight delays caused a missed connection) on short notice. They gave us complementary tooth brushes and the staff in the restaurant couldn't have been nicer or more welcoming to our young children.”

• The bed and pillows were so comfy, I called and told my family I was not coming home.
• There wasn't room service on sat night and there wasn't a menu in my book for the Italian place.

• Very friendly, very clean, very quiet, valet parking, very good breakfast.
• The towels although clean had a strange smell, peppery, not sweet.

“I recommend this hotel for people who want a place to stay over night when traveling through NY or visiting NYC. It was easy to get to. service was polite and good. The hotel was clean and well cared for. Breakfast was excellent.”

• The hotel was in a convenient location and was fairly clean.
• The mattress was horrible and the room was very small.

“Rugs needed a cleaning in our room. The mattresses in our room were worse than sleeping on an air mattress. The room was on the small side, and the breakfast buffet was moderate at best. The staff was very friendly, helpful and pleasant.”

• The drive-up (arrival) area was crowded and disorganized.

• I liked how courteous the employees were they smiled a lot and were unassuming.
• Getting there was a little disorganized and the shuttle was broken down so we got paid back, but not as much as we paid inc tip.

• The hotel did not have the cartoon Network channel for my children and a pool

• The location and the directions for finding it.

“Lovely hotel that feels more like a European hotel than a typical Courtyard. Luxurious modern lobby, friendly staff, excellent housekeeping. Highly recomend for the price near JFK.This hotel is hard to find, but worth the hassle. Don't use the website for directions, call the very helpful staff instead, when you are on the Belt.”

• When I asked for a cab, instead they called a town car!

“The hotel was clean and efficient. The carpet was dirty, but that is fairly typical in these types of hotels. Otherwise, it is a great hotel property and convenient to both JFK and LaGuardia airports.”

• The proximity to JFK was great.
• Valet parking only - slow service!

“The hotel itself was fine, however there is only valet parking at the hotel, and the wait to get my car out of the lot was long - in excess of 25 minutes. And this was after I called the front desk 10 minutes ahead of time to alert them that I wanted my car. I will not be staying at this hotel again.”
