• We slept well.
• The young tall man was rude.

“When you drive as long as we did, the last thing you want to hear after you made reservations, is A room won't be ready till 4:30, we were completely booked yesterday. That was not our problem. Bad business.”

• Clean and easy parking, good breakfast.
• Too expensive for what you got.

“The front desk person at no fault of her own was the only person working. She had to check people in answer questions and answer phone. It was too busy for just one person to be working. No information about the local area was in the room. The person working behind the desk was not dressed professional either.”

• Right on traverse bay, very pretty setting.
• Policy on drinking in the pool area.

“Very clean rooms and easy to find. However the policy on drinking in the pool area is not agreeable. After 10:00pm the pool area is reserved to adults, that is fine, however on a Friday night the hot tub area was overrun with about 20 people drinking beer and not making the area inviting to others.”

• The location, the cleanliness, and very quite at night.
• The male afternoon front desk clerk wasn't very friendly.

“This is a very nice hotel in a great location. Grand Traverse Bay is right across the street and there is an excellent view. There are restaurants and stores within walking distance and many attractions ,and parks right on the water a few minutes drive away. I would definitely stay here again.”
