• Location and room quality. The staff was very nice and helpful.
• Internet connect was not included in room price.

• Pools were excellent.
• Internet access is archaic.

“Clean hotel, super staff. Older hotel that was nicely upgraded. Pool was excellent. Room is a bit small, but clean and well serviced. Internet access is by cat5 in the room, for charge ($10/day), which is pretty silly given this is a business class hotel. Wireless in lobby for charge. Courtesy Internet station in Business Center is fine, and free, but there is only one station. Summary: Great staff, very clean, good hotel, Internet needs some thought and you will pay extra for any meaningful business class service. Would stay again.”

• The hotel had great amenities--a gym and good rooms.
• No Internet access was included. It was $9.95 and required s/w installation. Free Wi-Fi should be standard in 2006.

“The hotel was clean, easy to reach from Madison, had a great layout and big, spacious rooms. One drawback is if you need to go on Route 10 East in the morning. There is nothing but traffic.”

• The restaurants were great.
• It was still under renovations.

“While the rooms are still undergoing renovations, ours was only missing the bed skirts As always, the beds at Marriott's are the best ever. The staff was great and allowed us to check-in early. The restaurants in the hotel are fantastic and room service was quicker than usual. I would definitely stay there again if I ever have to venture to that area of NJ again.”

• Bath soap, shampoo, hand lotion from bath and beyond.
• Noisy.

• Very friendly accommodating staff, stunning large suite with all amenities. Of the best hotel stays we ever experienced. Highly recommended.
• Nothing negative. The best. Only good things to say.

“I am a seasoned traveler and have stayed in many top of the line hotel chains. The Marriott Hanover was exceptional. We came for my husbands birthday. It was way beyond our expectations. The Staff is Very friendly and accommodating. Our room was beautiful, a stunning large suite, with every last amenity. This truly was of the best hotel stays we ever encountered. Highly recommended.”

• My room was a long walk from the elevator.

“In my opinion, the hotel was conveniently located off a main roadway the customer services was pleasant, and agreeable. I was able to check into and out-of the hotel without hassle.”

• nice location, great room for the price.
• Bathroom could have been cleaner, difficult to get to hotel coming from certain direction.

“I am generally pleased with Marriots anytime I stay in one. I find that this hotel was perfect for price and location I needed. Staff in lounge and restaurant were very pleasant. Good Experience.”

• Great Irish Pub!
• They were doing renovations outside the room as early as 8:00am

“This is definately one of the nicer hotels in the Parsippany area - at least of the 3 that I've stayed at. Friendly and professional staff, good food and service at the restaurant, and comfortable and clean room that is accommodating for business travelers.”

• The bed was EXTREMELY comfortable
• The location of my room was very noisy

“This is a very nice hotel; Good location, good amenities; However,not very business travel friendly as internet access is $10.95 per 12 hour period. The food choices did not fit my style, however the number of resturants in the lobby made for convenience. If I didn't have to stay for business I would probably stay again.”

• Nice rooms with connecting doors between our 2 rooms
• Other guests were noisy and woke us up at 3:30am which ruined part of the stay

“Excellent location with easy access and visibility. Very friendly staff and nice restaurants and amenities, including business center room with Internet access and printing capabilities.

The beds were very comfortable and rooms were clean. Very enjoyable stay after a long drive.
